Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Opus Trading AI, operated in South Dakota, USA ("Opus", "we", "us"). Contact: bossworksai@theeyeaicom.com. By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Opus provides an educational market scanner workspace (a web app) and a private Telegram members channel. Both are available after your payment is confirmed.

Alerts, setups and paper-trading results are educational material. They are not orders, not instructions to trade, and not individualized investment advice. Past or paper results do not guarantee future results. Every trading decision you make is your own. See the risk disclaimer for more detail.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the service.

4. Plan and billing

• There is one plan. It includes all nine markets.
• The price is $24.99 per month or $249 per year. Payments are billed by Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• There is no free trial.
• The founding rate stays locked while your subscription remains continuously active.

5. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password.
• One person per account. Do not share your account or sign-in codes.
• Your Telegram invite is personal and single-use, and it expires 24 hours after it is created. Do not share it.

6. Canceling

To cancel, open Account > Manage billing in the app. This opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and your access continues until then. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time.

7. Refunds

• You can get a full refund if you ask within 3 days of your first payment. This applies to both the monthly and the annual plan.
• One refund per person.
• Renewal payments are not refundable.
• If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, you are not eligible for a refund.
• To request a refund, email bossworksai@theeyeaicom.com with the email address on your account.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own personal, educational purposes. You may not:

• scrape, crawl or automatically collect content from the app, the site or the Telegram channel;
• resell, redistribute, republish or share alerts, setups or other member content with people who are not members;
• share your account, sign-in codes or Telegram invite;
• interfere with, overload or try to break the security of the service.

9. Service changes and availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, add or remove features over time. We do not promise any particular uptime, and we do not promise any profit or trading result. Alerts can be delayed, missed or wrong.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Any update will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
