Privacy Policy

In short: We collect only what we need to run, secure and bill the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising trackers. We never see or store your card number.

1. Who we are

This policy covers Opus Trading AI, operated in South Dakota, USA ("Opus", "we", "us"), including the website, the web app and the private Telegram members channel. Contact: bossworksai@theeyeaicom.com.

2. What we collect

Email address, to send sign-in codes and to identify your account.
Subscription and access records, including your Stripe customer ID and your plan.
Telegram invite: the invite link created for you and whether it was used.
Browser push-notification subscription, only if you choose to allow notifications.
Browser local storage on your device, for your signed-in session and workspace preferences.
Homepage update list: if you ask for launch updates on the homepage, we keep the email you enter, the signup source, the time and your browser user-agent.
Server logs, including IP address, for security and operations. The live visitor count on some public pages also uses your IP address and keeps it for about 90 seconds.

3. Payment details

You enter payment card details on Stripe's hosted checkout. Opus never sees or stores your card number.

4. How we use it

We use this information only to provide, secure and bill the service and to answer your support requests.

5. Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the service:

Stripe, for payments and billing;
Telegram, for the private members channel;
Google, for email delivery (sign-in codes and account emails) and for the web fonts some public pages load;
our cloud server host.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising trackers.

Some public pages embed YouTube videos. YouTube, a Google service, may set its own cookies when those pages load, under Google's privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. After that, we keep it only as long as payment and tax records require.

7. Your requests

To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, email bossworksai@theeyeaicom.com. We handle requests within 30 days.

8. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
